with:
- Air-flotation tables to prevent surface scratches on
panels.
- Computer-controlled pusher to ensure highly accurate cut
sizes.
- Side-alignment device to ensure panels are cut square.
- Scoring blade to ensure chip-free edges of cut panels.
- Optimization: Your part sizes, quantities, and rules are
entered into a cutlist program for best-part-cost or
best-material-yield optimization.
- Materials: Unfinished, melamine, or HPL particleboard and
MDF panels. Unfinished, pre-finished, veneered, and HPL plywood
panels. We can supply the material or you can drop ship material
directly to us.
- Options: Labels can be printed and applied to selected or
all parts. Grooving, routing, boring, and edgebanding is also
available.
- Packaging: Your parts can be stacked or boxed and
stretch-wrapped on pallets for delivery anywhere.
