with:
- panel-lifting devices to prevent surface scratches on
panels.
- 10.2 H.P. variable speed electrospindle with both left
and right rotation.
- 7 position tool changer for fast processing of parts
requiring cuts with several tools.
- Edge-groover for processing of parts requiring
T-molding.
- X-Y axis grooving saw.
- CAD/CAM: Your dxf or other file can be used to create
boring programs, or we use your design to create the file. If you
don't have a design, we can create it for you!
- Materials: Unfinished, melamine, or HPL particleboard and
MDF panels. Unfinished, pre-finished, veneered, and HPL plywood
panels. We can supply the material or you can drop ship material
directly to us.
- Options: Labels can be printed and applied to selected or
all parts. Boring and edgebanding is also
available.
- Packaging: Your parts can be stacked or boxed and
stretch-wrapped on pallets for delivery anywhere.
